First of all

hi there, ineed some help i need to know if writing firts of all in a sentence without a second is that posible and also "just as" with now explicit "so also" ( protasis without an apodosis)

'First of all' can be used without a 'Second' if a following passage has the sense of 'Then', 'Next', 'Later', etc.

'First of all I took off my hat. Then I took off my coat. Finally, I took off my jacket.'

'Just as' is possible with a merely implicit 'so also'. Instead of:

Can't we use "first of all" in that kind of context:

"Good morning. As you already know, Mrs X. was found dead in her kitchen this morning. We have a lot of things to do, but first of all we need to check her husband's abili."

Yes indeed; I suppose here the 'then/next' part is the 'lot of things to do'.
