Which is correct?
1 We must have a healthy lifestyle. First / Firstly, we need to get enough sleep for 8 hours. It is important for you.
Second / Secondly, you need to eat a balanced diet.

Vincent Teoa Do we need to use it consistently like "firstly...secondly ... thirdly ..."?For good style, yes. The words ending in -ly are out of favor, so you would be best served by using simply first, second, third...etc..
