First Conditional

Hi,
Is the use of 'be' possible in the first conditional? If so, would you please give some examples?

Thank you in advance,

Iman

It most certainly is possible. Example If I decide to reveal that information, you'll be the first to know.

Thank you Ivanhr. But I mean in the if clause. Is that possible?

If he can be here early, we'll start sooner.

You might run into something like this in a book written 150 years ago.
