First conditional

Hello,
I would be grateful if you helped me with the following sentence:
I am writing an advertisement for a furniture fair which is being organized in a town. At the end there is a sentence:

If you have free time and are redecorating your flat, this day is special for you!
If you have free time and redecorate youe flat, this day will be especially for you!

I know the general rules concerning conditional sentences...can I use the present continuous after 'If' (to express plans for the future) or I have to use the present simple?

As far as the end of the sentence is concerned, is the present simple ok or the future simple should be used?

I also have a question concerning the word 'special'...it sounds a little bit strange for me here..shouldn't we say: 'exactly for you', 'especially for you'?

Thank you for your help!
