First annual

0I need 00ur00 help fast! I’m publishing an electronic newsletter for my sorority and I was told that it’s redundant to use the phrase “1st Annual Golf Outing” on our brochure. Is this true, and if so, what is the correct wording for Pi Sigma Phi’s first golf outing that we will be hosting once each year?0-

0 If you are absolutely certain that there will be at least a second such outing, I don't see why you can't use "First Annual ..." (I would spell out the word 01i00First02i00, however.) If you can't convince anybody, just use Golf Outing and wait until next year when you can certainly use Second Annual.02br
