First and Second person pronouns.

I am writing a paper, and we are not allowed to use first or second person. Is the word "their" either of the previous? I am extremely needing help with this.

Third person (these are the ones you can use): he, she, it, him, his, her, hers, they, them, their, theirs, etc. These are the ones you cannot use: First person : I, we, mine, me, us, ours, etc. Second person : you, your, yours, etc.
