First Aid measures for Amputation

Thanks for the great forum and its members, helping others!
I really appreciate your work!

Could you please tell me, if this version of my translation is 100% native English?

Amputation
Amputated body part can be reattached again. Goal: Keep amputated part cool until you arrive at hospital.

1. Calm the person, lay him/her down, and cover with blanket.
2. Stop the bleeding, see 'Bleeding (severe)' and 'Shock'.
3. Wrap amputated part in a clean and dry cloth, then put it into a waterproof plastic bag.
4. Close this bag and put it into another plastic bag, that contains cool water/ice.
5. Do not give alcohol, cigarettes or food to casualty (in case of a surgery in hospital).
6. Do not freeze the ampurtated part (just keep it cool).
7. Call emergency or drive casualty to hospital yourself.

I need to add this text to my first aid project. If you are interested in the project see http://www.firstai.de/wiki/

Thank you so much!
