First

I have a question concerning the word order. Does a position of the word "first" in a sentence change the meaning of the sentence?
Is the sentence

1. She first got into the store. (before anybody else)

correct?. Does it convey the meaning "before anybody else" or it means "for the first time"?
If it is incorrect, is it a major mistake that disturbs communication?
Please, help me.

I suppose it means "first of all" i.e. she had got to the store bofre she did anything else

I guess that if I want to convey the meaning that "she got into the store before anybody else" the word "first "must be in the final position (she got into the store first). Is this a rule or the word order does not mean int his particular context?

My usage;
First she got into the store. = Before anything else she got into the store.
She first got into the store. = She for the first time got into the store
She got into the store first. = She got into the store before anybody else.
