What does this means in this context?

I would think this is referring to a management style that would be firm or unyielding/ determined. So basically a type of manager that does not let the employees by with anything and is unyielding in personality. -S

I would think this is referring to a management style that would be firm or unyielding/ determined. So basically a type of manager that does not let the employees by with anything and is unyielding in personality.
