Firm evidence

Can I say " you need a firm evidence to sue someone"?
Can I say "You can't judge someone if you don't have firm evidence"?

Is there any synonyms for "firm evidence"?

Do people usually use it in their daily life or just in the court?

I think you can say that. I can't see why not. Be careful, though, that evidence is uncountable; therefore, you cannot say ‘you need a firm evidence’ , but only ‘you need firm evidence’ or ‘you need a firm piece of evidence’ .
