Finishing with 'in'

Is the first sentence correct or would you say it differently?
I need the credit card of the person the reservation is in.
If the reservation is in his name, I need his credit card.

Thanks

The second sentence is clear. The first one is a bit confusing. You could say, The payment must be done using the credit card of the person who made the reservation.
