- In the company Betty's work is answer customers' complaint letters and queries, and she always finishes her duties very well.

- Is this sentence grammatical?

Almost grammatical, but not the right word choices. The only grammatical error is the missing "to."

Some may put a comma after "company." Actually, I would omit "in the company." Isn't that where she would do her job?

Betty's job is to respond to customers' letters of complaint and queries, and she always performs her duties very well.
