- Are the questions the same meaning and the answers ok?

- Are these the same meaning?

4. It’s piercingly cold right now/ It’s cold piercingly right now.
5. – It’s snowing very much.
- It’s snowing densely/ thickly / heavily.

- Are 4 and 5 ok to say?
