Finish my homework first/at first/first of all/in the beginning

I must finish my homework first.

HI,

Is "first" in the above interchangeable with "at first, first of all, and in the beginning?" Thanks.

" Replacing it with "first of all" is okay, and gives approximately the same meaning - this makes the sentence more formal-sounding, however.
