Do we have names for foot fingers as well? Or we call them all toes?

I should have included "index" finger, which is probably a more common term for the first finger. I'm not sure why "pointer" came to mind, but "index" is more common, I believe.

Big toe and baby toe. I don't beleive I've heard terms for the others in a conversational context.

I'd recommend 'little finger' instead of 'pinky' if you are writing in a more formal style.

Pointer is also called the index finger.

I watched a TV show that referred to particular toes based on a children's rhyme:

Market (big toe)

home

roast beef

none

All the way home (little toe)

Somewhat humorous, it may not be understood...
