Fine to come in

Is everything safe? Can I come in?
a. Yes. You are fine to come in.

Did you check my background? Can I work in this place?
b. Yes. You are fine to work here.

Do (a) and (b) work in the contexts given?
Could one use 'OK', 'good' and 'alright' instead of 'fine' in those sentences?

Many thanks.
