find//look for information

I went to the library to find some information about my job and search it on the Internet.

Hi,
Does find in the above sound right to you? Should it be replaced by "look for?" Besides, should I put a 'for" after "search" too? Thanks.

  • You can mix them too: Search the suspect for drugs .
