Finding the right word for "completing tasks"

Will you please help me come up with a noun for "completing tasks."

Here's what I'm trying to write: "My hungry-driven characteristic not only to find ways to enhance (completing tasks) more efficiently and effectively, but also to find ways to promote growth in business and as a company. " If you come up with a better way to say the sentence, please do. Many thanks in advance!
