[finding the right word] data transfer cap

Hello,

In the following scenario, can I use the phrase data transfer cap/data transfer limit?

Person A sends an email to Person B. Unfortunately, the email bounces back to the sender due to some limits. Person A wants to ask Person B: Is there a/any data transfer cap on your email account?

Thank you.

Usually these bounce-backs are because the recipient's inbox is full. Is your inbox full? It happens all the time with one of the members of a circle I belong to.
