Finding the rewards

Hi

Does "finding the rewards" mean finding satisfaction in something?

For example: I find the rewards in playing tennis. (Does it mean that I find pleasure/satisfaction in playing tennis).

Thanks

It can mean that, though I would usually take it to mean that, in the case of tennis, improved physical health is the reward. The rewards could be different for each person, maybe better confidence, agility, happiness, etc.

Hi,

In terms of grammar, for a general statement meaning that you enjoy tennis, you need to omit 'the'.

ie I find the rewards in playing tennis.
