finding subjects and predicates within this sentence

I am working on an assignment for my grammar class and I have been given this sentence, in which I am to find the subjects and the predicates. This is proving very difficult for me. Any help with finding them would be wonderful
TIA

Sentence: " There was only once catch and that was Catch-22 which specified that a concern for one's own safety in the face of dangers that were real and immediate was the process of a rational mind."

If it is an assignment, you really are expected to make some effort yourself. First, look carefully at the sentence and identify all the subjects (usually, but not always, nouns or noun phrases), and then identify what you think the predicates are. Look out for subordinate clauses - they are usually part of a larger clause.
