I chose B, but the answer was A. What's the difference between "any other city" and "any city"? Does the latter one include New York itself as well?
2. He was the author whom I believed was most likely to receive the coveted award. No error. Which underlined part is the error?
I think there is no error, but answer key says the error is Whom? but why ? I think it's correct because whom here is the object ---> He was the author I believed <whom >was.... or it should be I believed <who> was?
