Finding a word

CAN any budy tell me the specific word for this??

for example if someone has been died and we are going to visit then its means we are condolencing his/her family.the word "CONDOLENCE" has used(a word to show sympathy to someone).

But if some one is ill and we are going to ask about his/her health then for this statement is their any word in dictionary,contrary to CONDOLENCE.
