Finding

A: "How are you finding your new job?"

B: "Yeah, great—couldn't be happier!"

Is "finding" asking someone's feelings about his/her new job whether convenient or inconvenient?

Please simplify "finding" here.

Hi Use of find sounds a little unnatural if you want a general opinion. And, using find in continuous form does not sound natural. You can consider this: How is your new job?
