I read and understand the definitions of present/present continuous but I find it difficult to use them in practice. How can I know (now) that at all times (including the future) that English will be difficult for me

(the definition of present)? I suppose if I know I will not try (how do I know that w/ certainty) or if I am a fortune teller...........
