I think there's a game called Finders Keepers, but there's no such a thing like Finders Peepers.

There is a saying in English: "finders keepers, losers weepers". What it means is that somebody might keep something that he finds and the person who lost it will weep (cry).
"Finders Peepers" is probably just a play on words, based on the saying, above.
