Dear all!

I'm a new member. I'm working at one of a forgien organization. One day! I've got one thing that I don't know how to solve..So I asked for help from one of my colleagues..At that time she helped me although she was so busy but she was so disappointed.So how do I say in English politely for apologizing her???

Just like a person can post in a forum like this and in fact first has to "find" this forum on the net, can't they just type in a word on Google and get thousands of examples?
