Find it hard /difficult or finding it hard /difficult

As we know find means to have particular feeling or opinion about something or someone.

1. Hyperactive children find it difficult to concentrate. Does It means they always find difficult to concentrate.?

2. At this moment, I find it difficult to concentrate. Is it correct if I rewrite the sentence "At this moment, I am finding it difficult to concentrate?" and can I use the progressive form of the verb "find" in this case?
