I think the original sentence of the bold-face sentence is the following:
“Please find a PDF version of our current catalogue with the most up-to-date information and a list quoting our prices attached.”
That is, the structure of the original sentence is ‘Please find sth attached.”
When sth in this structure is LONG, you often use ‘Please find attached sth.” structure.
