i use the line 'please find attached the file" but some of my friends say it is wrong and they say it should be 'please find the attached file'. i dont know what and how to explain them

You are asking the recipient to find something that should be obvious.
I consider "Please find the attached picture/file/document" etc. a mild insult to my intelligence and skills in using my email system.

I prefer text as in these examples. They are not insulting because I don't ask the reader to find anything. Instead, I describe what is in the attachment:
