Presumably it's not "flims". What about the punctuation, Anon? Do you see anything odd there?

I guess 'not only..but also' structure is missing.

I have no idea what guessing game your instructor is playing. I too feel .

Not only do we use computers to create films nowadays, but we also create films especially for computers.

Maybe that is regarded as a "correction"? (Both clauses in active voice? especially instead of specially? Addition of also in the second clause?) I don't know.

You are absolutely right, CalifJ9im , and I couldn't agree with you more.

It just doesn't seem to me to be a very good 'not only...but' type of relationship.

Nowadays, not only do we use computers to create films, but we also...???

(CalifJim makes a reasonable guess as to the 'but' clause.)

Here's another, not so reasonable, one: but we also use computers to create music.

I share the general Emotion: tongue tied .

All I can think of is "add a comma after 'nowadays'".

I would agree with the comma... since "nowadays" is an introductory word?

Isn't it "created especially" ?
