A fish has many fins. The upper fin is called a 'dorsal fin', the sides could be 'pelvic fins' and 'pectoral fins', there is also the 'tail fin' and the 'caudal fin'. My third grader nephew is studying this in their science class this time. They didn't teach those during my time.
