Filted and ...r

Hello,
two newbie questions.
I've seen several times the word "filted" like in:
[nq:1]Adrian Bailey filted:[/nq]
Probably means "wrote" but where does it come from? Is that a pun?

Secondly I've seen quite often an 'r' at the end of a sentence:
[nq:1]There's the problem then...I don't speak ESL..r[/nq]
Again, what does it stand for?
Regards
Jochen

It doesn't mean anything to me. Maybe it does to someone else, or maybe it's just nonsense. A lot of Google hits for it appear to be typos for "fitted" or "filtered."
