Filling gaps with a suitable word

Could you please tell me which one sounds more natural:

It is not expected to run out of reserves, but only if/provided that/providing that the nutrition between fastings/fasts is healthy and full.

lia lilia It is not expected to run out of reserves, but only if/provided that/providing that the nutrition between fastings/fasts is healthy and full. It is not expected to run out of reserves provided the nutrition between fasts is healthy and full. Personally, I think I'd change 'is healthy and full' to 'is adequate'.
