filler sentence in a business conversation

Is it normal to say "Now I here from you" as a filler sentence, in a conversation in which I have talked slightly long for my side e.g. in a business interview aimed at assessing a person for some job and then I want to let him talk. I feel it's not a proper sentence for speaking and it's rather good for using in a letter maybe.
What are some filler sentences for this situation anyway?

Now I'd like to hear from you i s fine for a interviewer to say to an interviewee. Why are you calling it a filler sentence?

Well, I think he himself can understand the ending of my talks by paying attention to my tone. I feel it is not like a really serious thing to say, I don't know...!

It's a polite order, really.
