Scene 1:

Ken is filling a duffel bag with money.

Scene 2:

Ken steps out of his house carrying a backpack and two duffel bags, all filled to the brim.


Hi.

1 - Is "filled to the brim" natural to use with bags?

2 - Is "filled" better than "full" here?

3 - Can "filled to the brim" stand alone or would I have to add "with money" even though we can guess that from the previous scene?
