Fill up the tank halfway, quarterway

Please put the hose/pipe into the tank to fill it up.
The tank has just filled up halfway. The water from hose is not coming fast so it will take to time to fill up the tank.
The tank has not even filled up quarterway.

Please correct my sentences and suggest me better versions too.
