The cup is empty. Which one can I say?
Please fill some water into the cup.
Please pour some water into the cup.
Please fill the cup with some water.

I think the second and third are right, and the first is not.

The second sentence is okay, but it doesn't specify how much water you want in the cup. It might be just a little bit. "Please fill the cup with water" means you want as much water in the cup as poss
