Fill in the gaps?

Many people perhaps even the majority are not particularly happy in their job. They go to work, get paid and (employment) for them is just the way of paying the bills. This leads to (lasybones) at work and unhappy workers often do not show enough (politeness) to custumers or (kindness) to their fellow workers. Many people feel that they have no chance of (promotion) and they are unhappy with (work) conditions. If you want to get (enjoyment) from your work make sure that it involves doing an (activity) that you like. Ask yourself whether the job will have the same (attraction) after five years. "lasybones" is wrong. A "lazybones" is a slang word for a lazy person. Perhaps "laziness".

I would say "working conditions" but "work" may be the best option you had.

"happiness" is wrong. Something negative like "frustration" would be OK.
