When someone says, "I filed more than 300 letter today.", what does that mean: Here are my assumption:
1. He/ she organized 300 letters and put them neatly somewhere in the office that day.
2. He/ she sent out 300 letters that day.
I am not sure if my assumption is right. Please help me with this, thanks.
