Re the blue highlights: "3D max" and "Autocad" are not file extensions. They are programs. They have their own native file extensions - Autocad uses DXF and probably others; I don't know what extension(s) 3D Max uses. Assuming 3D Max uses the extension 3DM, you would write something like "... file extensions 3DM (3D Max) and DXF (Autocad) ..." to state the actual file extensions and the name of the software that uses them. (I assume 3D Max should be written with a capital M.)
Re the yellow highlights: you do not PERFORM or OUTSOURCE drawings INTO another format. You can CONVERT drawings from one format to another.
I would rewrite that sentence like this.
"They're a group that specializes in converting 2D and 3D drawings in JPG and Adobe PDF formats to 3D Max and Autocad formats, with high quality and competitive prices."
