Fight sb or fight with sb

Is there any difference between "fight somebody" and "fight with somebody"? Are both of them correct?

Both are correct, but "fight with somebody" could mean either a physical fight, or a huge argument.

"fight with someone" is also ambiguous in that it can mean "fight against someone" or "fight alongside someone (on the same side)". Normally the context will make it clear which meaning is intended.
