Fiat or local cash

Is there any different in English between fiat - to local cash? what is local cash?

sixth is they have created ATMs to where that you can buy, you can sell you can convert crypto currencies or futuro coins into fiat or local cash. in fact in many cases you can convert it into multiple different currencies it can be up to four of them depending on where the ATM is located.
