I need a few terms. Could you please help me?

Fat under the eyes (that can be surgically removed so that the eyes don't look puffy. I once heard an actor use the special term for it because he'd had it removed--but can't recall where.)

It sounds to me as if the actor had cosmetic eye surgery or perhaps a lid lift. I'm not familiar with the specifics of cosmetic surgery (or "fat under the eyes" -- I'd just say "puffy eyes" or "bags under the eyes"), but I bet if you do some googling, you'll be able to come up with some of the terms. I think (Ms. Google just told me) that cellulite is the term for fat under the eyes.
