Few sentences

I'm talking to my friend in the present:

It's not like we stayed there and partied so it's not considered a waste of time to me. - Sentence ok?

That's why we didn't stay there and hang out with them. - Sentence ok?

Or should they both be it was and that was?

Thank you.

Hi PreciousJones; If you are speaking in the present, these are present-time opinions about what happened, so it's natural to use present tense.. Regards, A- s

Hi,

It's not like we stayed there and partied so it's not considered a waste of time to me. - Sentence ok

This sounds to me like someone else is doing the considering.

If you are doing the considering, say

It's not like we stayed there and partied so I don't consider it a waste of time.
