Few questions need help

2 questions, if they are correct?

1 What's the criteria for/to get a room on campus at a university.
2 Normally, the videos you take with your phone are limited to 1 minute, but if you crack it, you can takes as long video as the space on your phone allows.
3 You won't get as nice a present if you spend 100 as if you spend 300 dollars
4 Its the same price here as there/or there.
