Few grammar questions please
Could you please help me correct these sentences? They just need a quick check.
1 How much food do I need to live on for a week?
2 Is there anywhere local you can send me (to)?
3 I've got my name in the title of the movie. “David and the others”
4 Can you tell me how you'd phrase this though even if you have/had to change it up.

I have a problem with N° 4, Alex.
First, it's "even though, not though even."
Secondly, "change it up" seems unnatural to my ear. "Change it" is OK as is "mix it up."
However, I would write the sentence as follows:
Could you tell me how you would rephrase this sentence?
