Can I say,

(a) She screamed / screamed out in pain.

(b) He fetched / fetched out the first-aid kit.

(c) He fetched the first-aid kit out of the kitchen and applied to my wound.

(b) He fetched / fetched out the first-aid kit. Why do you think you should have "fetch out"?
