You can probably say "I have long feet" but I think it's more common to say "I have big feet."
I have never heard "I have short feet" but "I have little feet" is common.

There is no grammatical reason for this; it's just idiomatic.

You don't by any chance mean I have long legs, do you? In some languages there is only one word used to refer to both feet and legs.
