What do you say the sleepy feeling you have after a meal, in particular, after lunch? Can you give some expression with approapriate talks?

I wouldn't say it's wrong, but usually we would say We all feel drowsy after a large meal, or We all have feelings of drowsiness after a large meal.

Just for a laugh, a friend of mine calls this "postprandial narcosis", which is more or less the medical term for it.

Right. People will think you tried to make a joke, but failed to say the punch line correctly. The thing that's funny is that neither word in postprandial narcosis is used in ordinary conversations, so most native speakers don't know what either word means. Everybody knows what sleepiness is.
