What do you say the sleepy feeling you have after a meal, in particular, after lunch? Can you give some expression with approapriate talks?

I wouldn't say it's wrong, but usually we would say We all feel drowsy after a large meal, or We all have feelings of drowsiness after a large meal.

Just for a laugh, a friend of mine calls this "postprandial narcosis", which is more or less the medical term for it.
